Tanner Nelson - Beall High School

The Male Student Athlete of the month is Beall Senior Tanner Nelson. The point guard is averaging more than 14 points a game for the mountaineers. He also plays varsity baseball and was a state finalist in golf this past Fall. He carries a 4.22 G.P.A. while taking college level courses and is a member of the National Honor’s Society. He plans to attend the University of Maryland next year. If either his grades or his play start to slip, his parents will know as his head coach is also his father.
