A Taste of Ireland on St. Patrick's Day

The Fitzgerald's have been operating the Fitzgerald's Shamrock Restaurant for 50 years.
Customers like Darlene Hayes, have been coming to the Irish Pub for decades to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day.
"We've come here to
celebrate St. Patty's Day we have come here every year for the past 20 years. We travel from
Donna is the oldest of her nine siblings; four generations of the Fitzgerald's are helping provide a true Irish experience for their customers.
"There are many thousands, who will enter our front door and enjoy what we have to offer, and the true Irish flavor, the Irish welcome that we're able to extend," says Donna Demmon of Fitzgerald's Shamrock Restaurant.
Donna says she travels to Ireland, and brings back recipes for the menu.
One signature dish she brought back is the Hen and Ham.
"Our heritage is something we hold on to that's deep in our hearts, it's a pride in our nation," says Demmon.
