Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of snow flurries in Western Maryland, Southern Pennsyvlania, and a chance of snow/snow showers in Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and Northern Virginia. Accumulating Snow possible in our extreme southern zones. High: 35-40. (Colder in southern zones where snow is falling.)
