HAGERSTOWN, MD - Hagerstown Police arrested a man Monday after he robbed a gas station at knife-point Christmas morning.

Police say Kiley Dusza, 22, entered a B.P. Gas Station on Dual Highway armed with a knife.

They say Dusza approached the clerk behind the counter and a struggle ensued. Police say he suffered a hand injury and fled with an unknown amount of money and cigarettes.

Police conducted a K-9 search of the area, following a blood trail that led to an apartment on Edgewood Hill Circle.

Police found Dusza and transported him to Meritus Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. He was then taken to Washington County Detention Center.

Dusza is charged with armed robbery, first and second-degree assault, dangerous weapon concealment, and reckless endangerment.
