Beer, Wine and Liquor Could be a One Stop Shop in PA

Corbett says it would mean shutting down all the liquor stores in the state, and that 1,200 private store licenses would be then be available.
Corbett says the plan could generate an additional one billion dollars in revenue to the state over several years.
He says that money would be used to create a grant program to help finance certain school projects in the state.
