HAGERSTOWN, MD- As Santa retires for the season, post-holiday sales continue to have customers gleaming with holiday cheer.

Just after Christmas, shoppers are barring long lines at Hagerstown Valley Mall to spend a little extra holiday cash.

There are some extreme sales of up to 80% off. One store manager said that the post-holiday season is a perfect way for the store to increase revenue during it's busiest month of the year. For local shoppers its a win-win situation.

"The sales are exceptionally better, so I would rather wait till after Christmas, than worry about before Christmas, I'm saving a lot more," says Britney Potter, a West Virginia resident.

Mall officials say post-shopping holiday deals for some stores are running until January 8th.
