Police have charged Charles Sylvester Bolden the Third as a possible suspect. They say he walked into Columbia Bank on Wesel Boulevard around 11:00 a.m. and gave the teller a note demanding cash.
Witnesses say the teller gave Bolden an undisclosed amount of money. They say he then grabbed the money and escaped in a white Chevrolet Cavalier driven by a white woman.
Police say a photo of Bolden matched the surveillance photos of the suspect obtained by the bank. Bolden is being charged with armed robbery and second degree assault.
Police say a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
