FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA - The man accused of killing three people in Quincy township before kidnapping his daughter in July is awaiting trial. The victims' families have given their permission to seek the death penalty against him.

Prosecutors announced today they will consider asking for it. They said they are filing the appropriate request. But Franklin County District Attorney Matt Fogal didn't say if he is definitely pursuing it.

Cleeves is accused of murdering his estranged wife, Brandi, along with her boyfriend and his mother. He was later captured in Ohio with his young daughter, Leia. The D.A. also read a statement from the family.

"It is not possible to put into words, the loss and the suffering that the defendant has caused all of our families and our friends," it read.

Cleeves is being held at the Franklin County Jail. He'll be arraigned on November 28th.

What death penalty!! Its a joke!! We can't put someone to death anymore because we violate their rights, what about the rights of the people who were murdered!!! Forget the trail save the working people's money and just hang him from the highest tree and be done with him!!!
