Hey kids! Do you want to help our meteorologist deliver the 5 o'clock weather forecast? Can you draw a weather-related picture? Then you're all set.

WHO CAN ENTER AND HOW: “NBC25 Kids Cast” is open to kids in grades 3-5 attending a school located in the NBC25 viewing area. To enter, kids must send in a drawing or painting that is related to weather. All entries must be done on one page, one side only, size 8 ½” x 11”. Must Contain One Reference to NBC25. No computer graphics will be accepted. *Entrants must list name, address, phone number, grade, teacher’s name, school name, and school phone number on the back of their entry.

PRIZE: Each week, one winning entry will be chosen. The winner, accompanied by a parent or guardian, must be able to be at the NBC25 studio, 13 East Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD at 4:30pm on the designated day. The winner will then join Lou Scally and help him present the 5pm weather newscast. Winner’s name and school will be mentioned on air.

CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules: Entrant must be enrolled in the 3rd through 5th grades in the NBC25
viewing area. The winning entry decision shall be final and binding. Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of NBC25, who may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name, and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion that NBC25 may enter into. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. The winner must have a parent or guardian to sign a Talent Release form.
