MARYLAND- Maryland State Police will be out in force over the holiday weekend to crack down on speeding, aggressive and drunk drivers.
Patrol troopers at all 22 barracks across the state have been directed to focus efforts on traffic enforcement aimed at drivers who may be endangering the safety of others out on the road.
High visibility patrols will be used especially for speed enforcement on the interstates.
Commanders at the barracks will also deploy troopers in areas known to have high incidents of drunk driving accidents.
