HAGERSTOWN, MD - One large Coke, that was the order at 100 Western Maryland Parkway Monday afternoon.
The Coca-Cola Bottling Company hoisted a 16 foot bottle of Coke above its Regional Distribution Center in Hagerstown.
The bottle comes from the Frederick facility where it was a landmark since the mid 1940's. Since then, they have consolidated the two plants.
The plant managers say they feel home now that the bottle has arrived.
David Dailey with Hagerstown Coca-Cola says, "Our employees got pretty attached to that bottle so it was important for us to get that back up here to kind of complete the transition of that shutting down and being up here in Hagerstown."
Hagerstown Coca-Cola employs over 100 people and delivers Coke products all over the Four-State Region.
