Congratulations to the NBC 25 Student Athletes of the Month.  Our female Student Athlete of the Month is Brittany Weaver, a senior at Williamsport High School.  Brittany is a three year starter and captain of this year's soccer team.  She is also a 1st team all-MVAL member.  In track she has been part of three state championships and was part of the 4 by 400 relay team that set a Washington County record.

"I've played with really talented players for school and for club and by having all that experience helps me out.  It puts me in a situation that i know will benefit me."

Off the field, Brittany is a two year member of the National Honor Society and three year member of the French National Honor Society.  She sports a 4.27 GPA and participates in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Student Governement. She plans to attend either Bucknell, American or Lafayette among others to play soccer.

"I always know in the back of my mind that as hard as i work and all the effort i put into it that ts going to pay off eventually."
