Lance Corporal Jordan Chrobot died last Saturday while serving in Afghanistan. This Sunday at 2:30 p.m. a funeral service will be held at the Lynfield Event Complex. Several lawmakers in Maryland have called the family to express their condolences including Congressman Roscoe Bartlett, State Senator David Brinkley and a representative from Barbara Milkulski's office. Chrobot leaves behind a wife, his parents, two sisters, and a brother. He enlisted in the military back in 2006 and spent his first tour of duty in Iraq. He was on a seven month stretch when he was shot. Chrobot was scheduled to come home in December. |
