FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA - Franklin County is known for its history and not necessarily for its ghosts, but a new book is bringing these shadowy figures to the light.

Investigation is nothing unusual for Athena Varounis.  She's a retired FBI agent.  But now her investigations have taken on a new aspect.

She uses her sleuthing knowledge and skills to track down ghosts.

She has investigated many places in the county such as the Capitol Theater and the John Brown House.

She also uses a physic and records the psychic's findings in comparison to her research.

Varounis has a book signing Saturday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the blue Ridge Summit Library.
