The site is called My Bone Yard, and it offers one of the more innovative ways to dispose our no longer needed electronic gear.

It takes in used computers, monitors and the like as well as mobile phones.

Type in the brand name, model number, carrier, and the condition and it tells you how much it's worth and then if you want, it sends you an email with a prepaid shipping label.

Send the electronic reject back and they in turn send you a prepaid Visa card with whatever the market value of the used gear is.

The site makes its money by either refurbishing and reselling the gear or recycling it.

Bottom line is you get rid of your unwanted electronic gear, get some spending money, and know that this electronic junk isn't polluting the environment.
