Barbecued Brisket

Ingredients:
5-7 pound brisket
2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
Garlic salt or onion salt
6 Tablespoons butter
1 bottle (14 oz.) ketchup
4 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoons celery seed
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons dry mustard
Recipe:
Rub 2 tablespoons liquid smoke over brisket. Sprinkle with garlic salt or onion salt. Wrap tightly in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Place foil-wrapped brisket in Pyrex dish. Bake 5 hours in 300 degree oven. Remove from oven and slice. Return brisket to dish. Mix remaining barbecue ingredients and pour over brisket. Cover and bake in oven 30-40 minutes.
