Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small bags of Julio's seasoned torilla chips, 1 pound Cheddar Cheese sauce, 1 pound Great Value Fiesta Blend grated cheese, 5 pounds Hamburger meat, choice of seasoning for the meat, 1-2 Bell Peppers, 1/2 Onion, 8 ounces shredded Lettuce, Tomato, 2 large Hass Avacadoes, Cilantro, Sour Cream, 1 pound bacon, 3 Jalapenos
Recipe:
Shred your bacon and cook it. Then add your hamburger meat to the pan until brown, seasoning with your choice of seasoning(I like seasoned salt and garlic pepper, but this is as you see fit.) When the Hamburger is brown, dice the onions into the mix and cover and set to low heat.
Next, scoop the inside out of your Avacadoes and remove seeds. Put them in a blender with about four little strings of cilantro and the jalapenos. Remove the seed if you want a milder topping. Add to that about a tablespoon of Sour cream and blend until smooth.
While this is blending, Dice your tomatoes and Bell peppers, and toss with your lettuce.
Finally, lay down a layer of chips, cover with about a third of the meat and chese, then another layer of chips with the rest of the meat and cheese sauce. Save the rest of the shredded cheese for after. put that in the oven for about ten minutes on 400, then pull it out. Put the rest of the cheese on, followed by the lettuce, tomato, bell peppers. Finally, top with the guacamole, and enjoy!
