The Mojito Mayo Dip, is a big hit at home parties, and a sure bet to score extra points at a tailgating event.

Ingredients

·         1/2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro

·         2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

·         1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

·         1 Tbsp. lime juice

·         1 Tbsp. white vinegar

·         1 Cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise

Directions

·         In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Chill, if desired. Serve with plantain chips, yucca fries, potato or tortilla chips.
