Ugly Dip

- Cook up a roll of sausage (hot or mild)
- Drain grease and set aside
- Cut up a large block of Velveeta cheese add to crock pot
- add can of hot rotel and a can of mild rotel
- drain half of the hot rotel (this adds flavor and smooths out the cheese)
- drain mild rotel
- add sausage
- stir and melt together on high (turn heat down once hot)
- dip with tortilla chips
