Bio for Patricia Martellotti
Patricia Martellotti began her career in broadcast journalism in 2008 at Garden Grove Channel 3 News Time Warner with a team of ambitious reporters. They were all obsessed with news 24 hours a day. That creative spark launched her career. A true So-Cal Girl at heart, she went on to SAC-TV Time Warner in Orange County, Westside Casting Studios in Beverly Hills, and The Associated Press Academy in Los Angeles covering breaking news, politics, the environment, entertainment, and sports.
In 2010, Patricia won the SAC-TV Time Warner "Broadcast Journalist of the Year" Award at The Digital Media Center in Santa Ana, 3C Media Solutions Film & Video Festival Award in San Marcos, and a position as Anchor and Reporter at KSAN-TV NBC in San Angelo, Texas.
These days, Patricia can be seen covering the news on WHAG-TV. She is currently the Weekday News Anchor for the noon and 5 shows. Although the panoramic view from her new apartment home is spectacular, she's not often there. Patricia loves being "on the go" as a broadcast journalist.

A native of Southern California, Patricia studied Music, English, and Drama at The Eastman School of Music in New York, Indiana University in Bloomington, The University of Texas at San Antonio, University of California, Irvine, and The Colburn School in Los Angeles.
While attending school, Patricia worked as a host for films at IMAX, and an actor for shows, cavalcades and ceremonies at The Walt Disney Company. A recipient of the Seventeen Magazine & General Motors National Piano Competition and Indiana University Emma E. Claus Music Award, Patricia spends her free time working with charitable organizations for children's hospitals as a pianist, composer, and violinist at their events.
