Lynn Lawson joined the WHAG News Team in December of 2010.

She first served as the station's Frederick bureau reporter and is now WHAG's morning anchor/producer.

Lynn grew up in Buffalo, New York and is no stranger to snowstorms!  Lynn's passion for reporting came from her love of writing and the rush of adrenaline she gets from covering breaking news.  While in Buffalo, she attended the University at Buffalo where she majored in communications and even had the opportunity to host her own radio show on the WRUB network. After moving to Maryland, Lynn attended the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland where she gained hands-on experience in the field and covered the trial of former Baltimore Mayor, Sheila Dixon.

Prior to coming to WHAG, Lynn worked at WBAL-TV in Baltimore as a producer.

When she's not working for you, Lynn enjoys shopping, reading, working out, and spending time with loved ones including her fiance, Joe, and two dogs, Teddy and Bear.
